Purchases:

Retreat 50% deposit non-refundable in exceptional circumstances can be offset with other AA products

Pack purchases:

Discount on packs only applies when purchased upfront

All cancellations for sessions must give 24 hour notice to cancel session, failing to do so the session will be deducted from the pack or charged at 50% of cost

Your Health

(a) It is your responsibility to let our teachers know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during our retreats or personal sessions. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat or personal sessions, then please stop participating immediately informing a member of AA.

(b) It is also your responsibility to consult a doctor with an understanding of yoga and fitness to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes and other physical activities that you may chose to do whilst on the retreat or personal one on one sessions with AA.

(c) Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions and dietary requirements before you book. If you have health conditions and dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreats we reserve the right, for your own wellbeing, to advise you to stop participating.

(d) Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, our retreats and personal one on one sessions do take places where the land is uneven and we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by uneven terrain.

(e) We ask that women who are 12 to 28 weeks pregnant provide a letter from their health practitioner specifying that they are fit to travel and able to engage in the activities that we provide.

Liability

None of the exclusions and limitations in these conditions are intended to limit any rights the Client may have under statute or common law which may not be excluded; nor in any way to exclude or limit liability to you for personal injury or death resulting from Active Atlas negligence or that of its employees or agents; or for any liability incurred as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Active Atlas.

  • The Client understands that attending any activity or service provided by Active Atlas involves some level of risk. These risks include but are not limited to physical injury or even death. By attending any activity or service provided by Active Atlas the Client agrees to assume these risks and agrees to release and discharge Active Atlas and its directors, employees and agents from any and all claims for liability.

  • Neither Active Atlas nor any of its directors, employees or agents will be liable for any loss or damage to any personal property or vehicle belonging to the Client during the course of their stay at the Active Atlas villa/holiday.

Media

AA reserve the right to take any photographs or recordings of the Client during the activity and /or services and the Client accepts that all rights whatsoever arising in the photographs or recordings shall be solely owned by AA.

a) The Client accepts and agrees that any recordings may be used by AA at its absolute discretion in any manner including but not limited to its website, social media, promotional material and advertisements.

b) If The Client does not consent for their image to be used in this way, they should let the manager know on arrival to AA

We are confident that you will enjoy your stay, if you do have any complaints or queries that may be resolved please contact your head coach within AA or send an email through to info@active-atlas.com if unresolved within 28days of end of service.
